Welcome from a First-Time Blogger!

Well, I must say, I've never really been one for blogging. I never really saw the point of them... and I never really liked the idea of sharing my thoughts to a bunch of people. But I guess being far away and in a much different situation has shifted my perspective a little, and now I see that a blog may not be such a bad idea. I'm sure I will experience many great times during my stay in Italy, and instead of telling the same story over and over to each person I talk to, I can just tell you guys all at one time here on this blog! So stay tuned and keep watch! I'll probably try to post a couple times a week to let you in on what being an au pair in Italy is all about!
